The new and updated Mindsets Geiger counter is a robust, portable and compact unit capable of detecting alpha, beta and gamma radiation and recording events on a re-settable digital counter.
The Mindsets Geiger Counter has been designed to provide a simple, low-cost instrument for measuring radioactivity. This portable device contains a Geiger-Müller tube, LCD display, sounder and its own integral power supply all within a single case. This means it can easily be carried around the lab or taken outside for fieldwork.
Building on the simplicity of the original SEP Geiger Counter, this updated version now includes timing and rate measuring modes.
